Jennifer Sullivan

Jennifer is a Bioinformatics and Computational Biomedicine PhD student at Oregon Health & Science University.  She is passionate about uncovering the molecular basis of disorders of development, especially her own rare musculoskeletal condition, arthrogryposis multiplex congenita.  Under the guidance of Dr. Guanming Wu and Dr. Andrew Adey, she is using scRNA-seq atlases to develop a computational approach for inferring the cellular etiology of developmental disorders.  When not glued to her laptop screen, she likes to get outside and stroll along the river with her dog, Holly.
